3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the longfu88 Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. longfu88 does not represent that access to its Platform is legal in all locations. Users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each User may register only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. longfu88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. longfu88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your Account.
4.2 You must notify longfu88 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. longfu88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
4.3 Sharing Account credentials with any third party is prohibited. Accounts found to have been shared or accessed by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Supported Methods. longfu88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. All transactions are denominated in MYR.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page within your Account and are subject to change.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon receipt. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts to Touch n Go eWallet are typically processed within three (3) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day. Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 50,000 may be subject to a compliance review prior to release.
5.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your longfu88 Account are from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of any criminal activity. longfu88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its compliance obligations.
5.5 Withdrawal to Original Source. longfu88 may, at its discretion, return funds to the original deposit method before processing a withdrawal to a different channel. This measure is applied in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
6.1 All Bonuses offered by longfu88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on the applicable promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that Bonus only.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus balance.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. longfu88 reserves the right to withhold or reverse Bonus credit where it determines, in its sole discretion, that Bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation has occurred.
6.4 longfu88 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring Bonuses already credited to Accounts at the time of such modification.
7.1 All bets placed on longfu88 are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each product. In the event of a technical error during a game or wager, longfu88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Balance.
7.2 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sporting events. These limits are displayed at the relevant table, game lobby, or sportsbook market prior to placement of any wager.
7.3 longfu88 utilises certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all non-live casino and slot game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in certified studio environments.

11.2 longfu88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical outages, delayed payments due to force majeure events, or third-party payment processor delays.
11.3 longfu88's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount held in that User's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude longfu88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your use of the longfu88 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which longfu88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, save that longfu88 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide.

Amendments will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page and, where the changes are material, by notification via email or in-platform message to registered Users. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14.2 longfu88 may suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a User has violated any provision of this Agreement or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Balances in suspended Accounts will be held pending investigation and released if no breach is substantiated.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting longfu88 customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC and compliance checks.
